In partnership with the Winnipeg Film Group and Video Pool Media Arts Centre, we are thrilled to kick-off our 19th edition of send + receive season with an exciting lead-up event to this years , join us at the Cinematheque for a screening of the fabulous film What About Me by late Canadian visionary/filmmaker/noise-maker Zev Asher on Canadian icons the Nihilist Spasm Band! These underground heroes will be with us in person to perform at this years October festival for the first time in their 5-decade long existence!
