Carl Stone is one of the pioneers of live computer music and has been hailed by the Village Voice as “the king of sampling.” and “one of the best composers living in (the USA) today.” He has used computers in live performance since 1986. Stone was born in Los Angeles and now divides his time between Los Angeles and Japan. He studied composition at the California Institute of the Arts with Morton Subotnick and James Tenney and has composed electro-acoustic music almost exclusively since 1972. His works have been performed in the U.S. Canada Europe Asia Australia South America and the Near East. In addition to his schedule of performance composition and touring he served is on the faculty of the Department of Media Engineering at Chukyo University in Japan for 22 years, retiring in 2023.

Coming to you live from beyond the official broadcast band, PRINCESS DASHA is a top-40 bottom-feeder Frequency Modulation Mother Fucker! Drawing on techniques and traditions of ghost-channeling, plunderphonics, experimental turntable-ism, and illegal leftist radio transmissions, PRINCESS DASHA brings you high-femme glossolalias conjured from—what else!—the dying light of daytime fm itself. No gods, no mastering! Radio pirate, genre mystic, as we speak PRINCESS DASHA is scanning the waves and as far as the eye can see it’s EIGHTIES, NINETIES, WHATEVER, FOREVER.

Founded in 2014, Savant Flaneur is an experimental music artist collective working on Treaty 1 Territory.  Often referred to as “chamber punk,” Savant Flaneur tries to expel the dichotomy between western art music and colloquial music scenes by collaborating with a wide array of artists in a variety of genres and practices. Savant Flaneur is one gifted idler, a virtuosic procrastinator, the slacking wunkerkind.

Joseph Kalturnyk was trained as an Architect and has been a builder for over 20 years. In 2009 Kalturnyk founded RAW:Gallery of Architecture and Design, a gallery focused on contemporary architecture and design, featuring work by architects, designers and artists. The gallery has been nominated for outstanding programming and featured in numerous publications. RAW:Gallery enjoyed its tenure as a gallery space in Winnipeg’s Exchange District until 2015. In 2018, Kalturnyk founded AUX: Projects – a design, fabrication and installation contracting company specializing in unique and challenging art and architectural projects.
