Join send + receive tonight, Friday September 26 for a special co-presentation at WNDX Festival of Moving Image here in Winnipeg! Two fabulous Montreal musicians who have performed at send + receive over the years Alexandre St-Onge (solo + CinDY) and Roger Tellier-Craig (le Revelateur) join experimental filmmaker Karl Lemieux for this exciting new trio project.

For the 16th edition of send + receive, we are seeking submissions from Canadian artists for audio works that explore ideas around the physicality of sound. This theme is open to interpretation and we welcome project proposals with various approaches that express a kinship with this idea. Resonance, bass, vibrations, actions, physical manifestation of sound, sound generated from the body and the physical world are some examples and we encourage others.

We are also seeking motivated individuals invested in furthering our financial sustainability committee. Experience in the non-profit sector, with grant writing, fundraising and fiscal management are assets that would benefit our board.
